Abstract

Commando Tactical Military Store is a shop that focuses on selling attributes, accessories, or equipment for the military, police, and security personnel. In this store, the sales transactions and transaction recording are still done manually, where the processes rely on paper and writing tools that are fully operated by human labor, which has weaknesses, especially in terms of time and data accuracy. Therefore, this research is conducted to address these problems by developing a web-based Point of Sale (POS) application, utilizing the waterfall model as the research methodology. The waterfall model was chosen because it is a systematic approach where each step is performed sequentially. With the development of this Point of Sale application, the author hopes that the sales transaction process and transaction data recording at the Commando Tactical Military Store will become more accurate in terms of data credibility and more efficient in terms of time and labor.
